I Have Recurrent Asymptomatic Urinary Tract Infections. The Symptoms I

I have recurrent asymptomatic urinary tract infections. The symptoms I do have seem not to be related to urinary issues. The infection has gone systemic. I get extremely nauseous, very bad head and eye aches, and become very dizzy. Sometimes I have the chills or sweats, rarely have a fever. I feel so awful. I end up going to the ER because I need immediate help. I test positive for the UTI and am put on an antibiotic. But why the extreme dizziness and nausea?
