I Have Red Spots On Hands And Feet. Any Suggestions ?
Hi, I have red bumps/spots on my hands and feet. Some of them have something white inside them, it looks like a pimple, other are just red. I had them for 3 days now and every day new ones pop up. When i touch them i feel stinging sensation. They only appear on my hands (palms and fingers) and soles and sides of my feet. Please help. Any suggestions ? I m 19 years old female. I never experienced this problem before.

I have the same problem and they are on my hands and feet and then the ones on my feet I guess went away then I got this thin piece of skin where they were and then they got on my hands and they hurt a lot when you touch them or when you are holding something please I need to know what they are and how to get rid of them they hurt a lot and I have like 4 on each hand and only 3 on my feet, What are they please help
It seems you are having POMPHOLYX ...a condition where patient gets itchy lesions all round the fingers and they appear as water filled lesions.I recommend t .teczine two times a day with t. zifi (200) two times a day and soframycin cream Locally..

as per the info given by you it can be multiple conditions .that can present in that way.do u experience itching ?it can be id eruptions ,eczema ,pompholyx.
I suggest you see a good Dermatologist at earliest .who can suggest u a proper treatment .meanwhile u can use soframycin cream twice daily.and take T azitrhomycin (500) 1 tab daily for 3 days.
