I have redness in my legs, swollen ankles, red dots on my feet. This started a year ago and never went away. Doctor wasn't concerned. Now I have been having pressure in my chest and shortness of breath. Doctor done medicinal stress rest and said looks good. Now the heart rate goes to 140, then in a matter of minutes it goes to 50. Makes me tired and sleepy. What could me my most concern?
