I have reoccuring left arm and chest "weirdness". I have gone to the ER for this at least once. After 24 hour observations, doing all the cardiac tests, the doctors say I am clear of cardiac issues. I was diagnosed with AFib three years ago. I feel light headed and dizzy sometimes. I have an unsettled stomach and I am starving! Any new ideas?
