I Have Right Side Back And Side Sharp Pain In

I have right side back and side sharp pain in my lung area...it is very sore breathing...it is like a much more sore stitch. I am not nauseous but I have been having a dry cough at night. I had something similar 2 years ago which turned out to be pleurisy. could it be the same?
