I Have Run Out Of My Normal Blood Pressure Medicine

I have run out of my normal blood pressure medicine which is Lisinopril 20mg once a day. I have some other pills he gave me when he thought my blood pressure was going to high, but that we found out to be from rocky mountain spotted fever. They are Amlodipine 5mg and Norvasc 5mg in one pill. What dosage do you recommend I take with these.
