I have same question like the below one who asked earlier.....Cough, saliva contains blood, dry mouth, cough only in morning. Lungs normal. What could be the reason?

My problem is early in the morning when I spit for 3 to 5 times blood comes along with saliva then after the saliva will be normal. No other problems for me, that too this happening from past few months and last month I don't hv this prblm again it started now. Is it because of heat?? Or any problem with the taste buds on my tongue???
What could be the reason in my case?
