I Have Seen An Internal Doctor, An ENT, A Holistic

I have seen an internal doctor, an ENT, a holistic doctor, and my family doctor. Nobody can help me. I get too much saliva in my mouth (coming up easily from under my bottom lip). I was getting sometimes white bumps or inflamed tongue. So I was told to use anti-fungal pills (10 days) for yeast infection in mouth. Also the ENT guy thought it was acid reflux but pills for that did not work. I am doing coconut oil swishing and chewing lots of gum because I get a weird taste in my mouth sometimes. Now I've been feeling faint, but my blood work by family doctor came back good for vitamin D and B's, thyroid, blood sugar, etc. My blood pressure is excellent. I have to take Temazapan to sleep at night and use estrogen blocker becuase I had breast cancer 2 years ago (treated by surgery and radiation). That is my history. Where do I turn to now?
