I Have Seen Several Doctors And Specialts Regarding The Intermittent,

I have seen several doctors and specialts regarding the intermittent, recurring (now almost constant) red, spots, patches, scars, tissue (whatever) on my glans and meatus. I have yet to get an answer or effective treatment. The meatus spot is on the bottom side of the urethral opening, but doesn't appear to go inside. I do have some pain along the urethra, but no infection. The pain is worst post-friction and post-urination, and a few drops or urine seem to make their way out 5-10 seconds after complete voiding. There is a slight tingling sensation that comes and goes as well. Can anyone please explain what this could be. Urologist, dermatologist, family doctor, naturopathic doctor have all been unsuccessful. Thank you!
