I Have Seizures From High Blood Pressure, Two Yesterday Morning.

I have seizures from high blood pressure, two yesterday morning. I have had only 9 seizures total, 6 in life star chopper in 1992 when I fell 10' to concrete on my head, one in 2005 from high blood pressure and two yesterday from high blood pressure (250/? according to EMT). I am allergic to dilantin hives, depakote rash and tegretol anaphylactic shock. Doctors are trying Keppra to help. Not sure what is in it but am not allergic to it. My postictal states are 2 to 4 hours. I never remember the seizures. Just want to know what is in Keppra. I am a medical transcriptionist in all modalities except for oncology and gynecology. I will be calling my cardiologist about this hospital stay for two days so I can get better control of my HP. right now taking metoprolol 25 and losartan 50 mg. My BP is in the 140s to 150s normally, doctor wants it in the 120s-130s. I have episodes of the high blood pressure with chest pain last episode was 175/110 and pulse 146 in February lasting 1-2 hours. Any information of what Keppra is would be appreciated, sold my PDR so I cannot look it up.
