Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have several symptoms that I think begins in my back , but don't the know what to do. I have pain in the groin on the right side when walking or trying to lift my leg. Sometimes it hurts so bad I can't take a step. If I stand up and stretch real straight things seem to align correctly and then the pain is greatly lessened or eliminated. Walking too far or carring anything quickly results in back strain. If I sit down the strain is relieved. Another thing that helps is tightening my stomach muscles before taking a step. Should I invest in compression clothing or a back brace?
