I Have Severe Pain In Lower Right Stomach Area When

I have severe pain in lower right stomach area when I cough. I have COPD, radiation prostitis as result of radiation for prostate cancer. Also have aortic stenosis (not bad for 86 years old), and sleep apnea. Lung capacity last test was 25%. Taking Canasa for prostitis, Prednisone and Levofloxacin 500 mg. for cold. Use oxygen periodically during the day, and an oxygen concentrator during the night. Many nights when going to bed, almost like panic breathing. Since September, 2015, have had 19 units of blood sue to blood loss from rectal bleeding, last one, a single unit end of January, when hemoglobin count was 8.1. Am not near my primary care physician at present but will be with her on Feb. 19th, 2016. Any suggestions???
