I have severe urinary burning beginning 1 hour after taking levoxyl last for about 8 hours and then stops. I have done test over a two week period, if i skip my thyroid - no burning > have done this on three different days with 3 days between. Urologist says no problems and I have no other medical conditions other than hypothyroidism due to thyroidectomy, so i cannot stop taking levoxyl permanently. how to handle severe burning and dominished urination during the 8 hours?
