I Have Small Red Itchy Spots On Torso And Chest.
I have small, red spots on my torso and chest that are very itchy and become pronounced in the winter months. I live in Phoenix, so we don t have real cold weather, however, it is quite dry. I don t see any pattern. I have a very hairy chest and the spots seem to be primarily near my breast- bone and on the flanks of my torso.

Hi don, i need to see a picture of the spots before commenting on the diagnosis.
My bet is simple skin allergy which may occur in dry areas and get pronounced in winters.
you may start with fluticasone cream or lotion once daily and see the response.
