I have some questions about my period. I had a complete natural miscarriage 5 1/2 weeks ago. I was almost 9 weeks pregnant when I lost the baby. I bled for 2.5 week after the baby passed. It stopped for over a week then I had a little bit of spotting. That stopped for another week then more spotting. This Monday it came back and the flow got really heavy. Today I have been bleeding pretty heavy and passing the massive blood clots all day. Is this to be expected? My GYN didn't seem concerned with the spotting but I haven't talked to him about the bleeding today.
