I have some symptoms that have been worrying my significant other and I for about a month and a half now. I am experiencing pain in my lower left abdomen, along with an absence in my period for about 2 months. i have had very faint spotting, but that is all. I have also had nausea constantly, accompanied by severe shaking and dizziness if I do not eat or drink something often. I have taken 2 at home pregnancy tests and both have come back negative (I had taken them a week apart). Please let me know anything you can about what I am feeling, I appreciate it loads.
