I Have Something In My Brain That Feels Like Something

I have something in my brain that feels like something is bursting. When it happens, it doesn't feel good. Plus I have the sensation of falling and it makes my head feel off real bad for a little while afterwards. My CT scan was cleared and it didn't show anything was wrong. It makes me dizzy and if I'm standing, my knees will buckle. The actual bursting sensation only last a second but the symtoms afterwards bother me. I thought I may have blood vessels bursting but the CT scan, once again, was clear. I was worried about having a tumor but I don't.It scares me when it happens. Then I have to deal with my head feeling real screwy for a while after it happens.
