I Have Sore Breast, Vomiting, Nauseous, Fatigue And I Had

I have sore breast, vomiting, nauseous, fatigue and I had an irregular period. I was cramping extremly bad and had a short period it only stayed on 3 day vs the usual 5 days. However, I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Any advice as to what I may be experiencing?
