I Have Sore Breasts And No Period

I think i may be pregnant. I have sore breasts and no period.? I have taken 3 pregnancy tests at home and they say negative. And just this week I quit taking my birth control pills. And it has been 4 days and no period. My breast have been extremely sore. Usually when I quit taking the pill, I have a period on the second day. I know I should go to doctor to find out for sure, but I need some advice or if anyone else have experienced this and what is going on. And I am not stressed I quit taking the pills because it said on the pack if you suspect that you may be the to quit taking them. I am 25 years old.

I recommend you go to the doctor immediately. Unusually sore breasts could in fact be breast cancer. ~~~Here Are Some Symptoms ~The whole breast can look red and inflamed and can be very sore. ~The breast may feel hard. ~The skin sometimes looks like orange peel because the pores stand out in the inflamed area. Now I really highly doubt you have breast cancer. Missing your period has no explanation with that, so I think you are in fact pregnant. Wait one or two more days to test yourself. Comes out negative see a doctor and get a blood test done. ~~~So here are a few more symptoms to look after for Pregnancy. These are the early symptoms: ~Implantation Bleeding ~Delay/Difference in Menstruation ~Swollen/Tender Breasts ~Fatigue/Tiredness ~Nausea/Morning Sickness ~Headaches ~Frequent Urination ~Darkening of Areolas ~Food Cravings Now I am extremely going for Pregnancy so check out all the symptoms just in case and Good Luck! So go to the doctors if your tests keep coming out negative to get a definite answer.
