I Have Sore Throat, Ear Ache And Sneezing Problem. Taking OTC Decongestant But Not Satisfied With Treatment
Hello, I am a 30 year old white male, 6ft 240lbs, I have a sore throat , my ears ache and my nose runs. I have taken OTC decongestant medication for the last 4-5 days and the symptoms remain.

You have got upper respiratory tract infection
do the following things
1)do the salt water gargling
2) drink plenty of warm water
3.take antibiotic and pain killer appropriate fro your age and weight
4.take rest
5. stop smoking if you smoke
6.avoid fried food and cold things
