hello, i have a spermatocele thats been there for a while now. I need surgury but i dont have insurance, getting pretty worried.. Help?

The size of your spermatocele should be exactly known to take a decision on this.
Small cyst can be left alone as they usually do not cause any problems, large one which are painless and not causing any problem can also be left alone and should only be removed if they are painful or are enlarging in size.
