I Have Stage 2 Astrocytoma With The Tumor Having Been

I have stage 2 astrocytoma with the tumor having been removed last September. And I've done the radiation and chemo and my last MRI looked good. But every day I have headaches off and on. And now every night I have a headache and start to feel off balanced as well. My headaches start generally on the right temporal lobe where my tumor was and tend to move to the frontal lobe. I take a bunch of medicine for different things, from pain, muscle spasms, anxiety, depression etc. I don't have my next MRI until august. Should I be more concerned?
