I have started getting what can only be described as a muscle behind my right jaw bone going up to my ear swelling and becoming very tense to the point it is visibly swollen, it can occur for no reason or some times if I eat something which makes my mouth water? after massaging, it after a while relaxs and I get a strong taste in my mouth like blood (though its not but a taste which isn't normal) from the side of the swelling and it returns to normal any ideas?
