I Have Started Using A Tanning Bed Which I Know

I have started using a tanning bed which I know is not good for my skin but I've noticed one of my moles looked more raised and if I squeezed it puss would come out and the mole actually fell out and bled a little and is now slowly healing. Could this be skin cancer?
