I Have Sub-clinical Hashimotos My TSH Was At 8, 6

I have sub-clinical Hashimotos My TSH was at 8, 6 months ago. I cut gluten out of my diet and it hovers at 4.5 now. I was wondering what you would recommend to get it to the optimal 2.5. My antibodies have gone down continually as I know they can take up to a year to normalize. Antibodies at 116. What other supplements would you recommend besides the obvious zinc and selenium.
