I Have Swollen Gums All Along The Bottom Left Hand

I have swollen gums all along the bottom left hand side of my mouth, it looked black and yellow but after brushing my teeth it looks as though where the black and yellow stuff was there's what appears to be little holes in my gum making them look lumpy.
