I Have Taken Ciprofloxacn And Metronidazole Together And Then Separately

I have taken Ciprofloxacn and Metronidazole together and then separately for intestinal inflammation for a period of about 3 months. Results have been minimally positive. I still have diharrea or semi-solid feces. Do you think that the Amoxicillin and Clavulanate would be more effective?
