I Have Taken Clyndamycin About 4 Times This Year Because

I have taken clyndamycin about 4 times this year because of dental problems and I have had knee replacements. I had a tooth pulled that was infected and I'm taking it again. I have never had a reaction to this drug but, I developed such a skin rash I went to the emergency room at the hospital. Now I am also having severe heart burn. At first I blamed the rash on tylenol. What should I do. Can't take penicilin, cphlex or neomycin, excuse the bad spelling.
