I have taken diclofenac for over 20 years. It is the only drug that keeps me mobile . A couple of years ago I developed large purple patches at the back of my knees . These patches get darker and often will suddenly bleed. They will then slowly fade but appear after a time . Last year ,I had the same thing occurring on my lower arms and this has continued . Today , for the first time a large purple patch has appeared just below my shoulder but is visible to other people. I presume this will follow the pattern and bleed . They do go but appear in a slightly different place . I am concerned that they are moving upwards , approaching my face, vanity!! But also they are more numerous . I hope not dangerous .?
