Hi, I am a female 21yrs. I keep getting this white discharge n it is really very thick and my vagina starts burning and I feel like urinating always but nothing more than 2 or 3 drops of urine is passed n I cant bear the burning sensation I feel im going to die and my my lower tummy keeps burning siverly plz help plz im suffering.................ge

You probably have a yeast infection and maybe also UTI.You will need antibiotics for both.I suggest you see a doctor for examination and a urine tests.Ans the required medicines.
