What Causes Abdominal Pain And Thick Vaginal Discharge?
I am a teenage female with abdominal pain and a thick white discharge. I have been tested for STD's all came back negative. No UTI. This has been going on for a month and the pain is getting worse. What could it be and is it something I should be worried about?

I understand your concerns. STD is not the only cause of infection . It can be yeast infection especially since thick vaginal discharge for which i will advise to take clotrimazole vaginal pessary . It is nothing to worry MUCH about. Also get a vaginal swab culture and tell us the report for further help .
