I Have Tingling & Pain In My Right Leg. I

I have tingling & pain in my right leg. I have had a shot for inflamation in the lumbar area. I have had a shot for bursitis on the side of my hip. I have had 5 ultra sound treatments. No improvement, more pain on standing and bad tingling from my hip to my ankle.
