General & Family Physician, Dr. P. Mahesh's Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM. The tiny red spots may be due to capillary haemorrhage, if they are not raised. Raised red spots could be due to allergy. You will need to consult a physician, who will have to do blood tests and ultrasound scan of abdomen to rule out Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) in which case the spleen may be enlarged. Wish you all the best.
