I Have Two Herniated Discs In My Back T7 And

I have two herniated discs in my back t7 and t8 causing severe pain in that area. The pain radiates to the left side into the shoulder blade and rib cage. I have been told by a neurosurgeon that it is not surgical. I have been doing physiotherapy and chiropractor with no relief. I am on oxycodone, gabapentin and naproxen for pain. The neurosurgeon believes my pain is muscular from an mri done over a year ago. Is there anything you can suggest?
