I Have Two Questions. I Hope This Does Not Require

I have two questions. I hope this does not require me to pay because I have no money. I was taking timolol eye drops and thought it help to agitate IBS but I am not sure because I had taken apple cider vinegar to lower blood sugar and ate a lot of raw green vegetables. Anyway I went to the ER and was diagnosed as having a bout of IBS. The attending physician asked me if I have diabetes and I told her I am not on medication I am prediabetic and I did not know why she asked me. Well I took it and did not feel well and thought it was the IBS I decided to get my glucose and it went up to 228. I call the physician and is waiting for them to call me back. I drank some more apple cider and a lot of water and it is coming down. Can they prescribe something for the spams that does not raise blood sugar
