I Have Weird Sensations On Right And Sometimes Left Side.

I have weird sensations on right and sometimes left side. Sometimes it feels like an ache and sometimes like a pinching, then sometimes itching under my rib cage mostly on right side but sometimes on the left as well. Sometimes it feels like my intestines are swollen inside. I've been taking aloe vera and it seems to have helped calm it down a bit.
