I Have What I Call Episodes, They Consist Of Speech

I have what I call episodes, they consist of speech problems, walking problems, and when I have an episode it's very hard to use my hands. I can't type or write very well. I have had an eeg to check for seizures and I don't have seizures. These episodes happen about every 2 to 5 minutes and last about 10 seconds. When they happen I feel sort of dizzy.
