I have what I thought was a heat rash Cuz of me having to wear adult diapers due to incontinency so I quit wearing my diapers so I could let it breathe but it started spreading now its on the back of my thighs all the way down to my knees and front and inner thighs as well a few little bumps on my lower back and sides and stomach I have taken benedryl to try and help the itching Cuz its so bad but it doesn't help I have tried medicated powders and a fungal cream what do I need to do??
