I Have What Looks Like A Bruise On My Thy

I have what looks like a bruise on my thy it has been there for a few years . it was about 2 inches ling, then it started to go away its about a 1/4 inch but lower , a 2nd one started , that to is about 2 inches long. My pants rub on it and it swells some . that on has stayed the same and now a 3rd one has started left of that one what could it be?
