I Have White Buildup Around My Clitoris And Little Stingy

I have white buildup around my clitoris and little stingy slits above the clitoris located right before the pubic hairs start. I have had sex twice and used a condom each time. I also have had a uti recently and got treated for it with antibiotics. The only irrated place on my vulva is on my clitoris and there is no irratation near my actual vagina opening. Help?
