I Have Zero Sperm Count But Testicular Biopsy Shows Normal Spermatogenesis. Can Surgery Cure This Infertility ?

YES, THE ONLY OPTION U ARE LEFT WITH NOW IS IVF TREATMENT WHERE YOUR OWN SPERMS CAN BE USED.
