I Having Pain In My Shoulders And Chest That Came

I having pain in my shoulders and chest that came on last night. It hurts to take a deep breath, but is not completely overwhelming. I did ride my motorcycle on Sat for 150 miles and experienced upper shoulder pain the day afterward. Could this just be a delay of the long ride?
