I heard a loud pop under my buttocks, above my hamstring when I shifted my weight to my front leg while in a split. (At the end of my yoga practice- when I thought I was thoroughly warmed up.). I believe I may have torn a tendon, but not sure. How can I tell what I injured and how can I help it heal. I have stopped yoga and stretching for almost two weeks now since that seemed to bring back the pain under my buttocks when I thought it was healing. Walking on the treadmill irritates it as well. So I've stopped working out completely in hopes it will heal. I'm worried!
