I Helped My Husband Move A Very Heavy Dresser On

I helped my husband move a very heavy dresser on Sunday so I have had back and arm muscle pain the last couple of days. This morning I have started feeling like I may have a UTI. Frequent urge to pee even though I don't have to go and very severe low back pain. I'm not sure if the back pain is related to moving furniture 2 days ago or if it is much worse because I may have an infection. Also it is worse on the left side.
