I Hit My Head Two Days Ago And Have Hematoma

I hit my head two days ago and have hematoma but CT scan showed no fracture and all was good, just tissue damage. I have Factor V Leiden, highest percentile. I plan on going to my primary doctor tomorrow but have been unusually tired and have neck and back pain also. Is it ok to wait until tomorrow?
