I Injured And Lacerated My Right Achilles Tendon In 1973

I injured and lacerated my right Achilles tendon in 1973 as I still discomfort and pain from it today. I also have no feeling on the right side of my foot and when touched it feels like needles under the skin and like finger nails scrapping a chalk board. I also cannot relax because when I'm idle because I notice the discomfort and it feels like my ankle is misaligned or something and I also sleep with it uncovered since I can't stand anything touching it. My foot wears to the right and flops over sometimes. I correct this by having new shoes and several pairs to switch them out. My ankle I believe has attribute to my my medial mecious being torn which required removal years later and total knee replacement years later. My question: Is it possible that my Sural nerve damage and Achilles tendon injury be related to my knee . I get a 30% service related disability for my ankle but they cannot connect the dots and see my ankle injury related to my knee replacement. Is it possible?
