I Just Came Down With The Flu. This Is Day

I just came down with the flu. This is day 3, temp was 102, now 100, feeling a bit better but have deep infection in my chest. Coughing up redish globs of phlem. Chest hurts. I have some left over clindamicina from my mexican dentist. 300 mg. I can't read the directions because it's in spanish but i know its some kind of anti-biotic so I took one. I hope I did not make a mistake in doing so...
