I just got a holter monitor and nobody told me that I shouldn't smoke cigarettes while wearing it--they just said to go about my normal routine. Now I read websites that say I should not be smoking, or recording the time when I do, or even writing down when I climb a set of stairs! I have written it in my journal now but the times are just guesstimates. I won't smoke tomorrow at all but have I just screwed up a whole day of testing???? :(
