I just got a new med, perforomist and I can't figure out if I should take it and also keep taking my Symbicort. The instructions for perforomist say not to take with long or short acting betw 2 agonist med but then says to be sure to have a rescue inhaler handy which is a short acting beta 2 agonist. So I'm wondering if I should also still take my Symbicort which is a long term and also has a cortico steroid.
