I Just Got Home From My Workout Which I Haven't

I just got home from my workout which I haven't done in about 5 mos. I feel dizzy and fatigued and a little bit of headache. I took my BP and the avg is 154/104. I have been taking 25mg Metoprolol every morning but after I took my BP I decided to take another dose of Metoprolol. Should I be alarmed?
